Privacy Policy
Last updated: 08 January 2026
This page explains how personal data is processed on nexarmor.de/en, for which purposes it is used and which rights you have in relation to that processing. Privacy pages often read like they were written by a committee trying to frighten normal people. This one is at least meant to stay readable.
1. Controller
NexArmor
Neuenbürger Str. 24
76332 Bad Herrenalb, Germany
Email: contact@nexarmor.de
2. General information
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national laws. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3. Hosting and server logs
When you visit this website, technical information may be processed in server log files, such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary for the secure operation, technical provision and stability of the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the information you submit, especially your name, email address and message, in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in efficient communication, depending on the nature of the request.
We do not share this data with third parties unless this is necessary to process your enquiry or required by law.
Consent notice: The contact form includes a mandatory checkbox confirming that you agree to the processing described in this Privacy Policy. Without this confirmation, the form cannot be submitted.
5. Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis depends on the content of the request and is usually based on Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Cookies and consent management
We use cookies and similar technologies only where technically necessary or where you have provided consent for optional technologies. Further information can be found in our Cookie Policy.
7. Google Analytics 4 and Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website usage and improve our content and structure. Google Analytics
is implemented through Google’s gtag.js tag.
In EEA and GDPR contexts, Google Analytics is enabled only after valid consent has been given. We implement
Google Consent Mode v2, which means relevant consent signals are set to denied
by default, particularly analytics_storage, and are updated to granted only if you
consent.
This prevents analytics cookies from being stored before consent is provided.
The legal basis for Google Analytics is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, if given. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and/or as required by legal retention obligations. Contact enquiries are generally deleted after final handling unless statutory duties or legitimate interests require otherwise.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Arts. 15–21 GDPR.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with future effect under Art. 7(3) GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
